Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within the first 30 days for annual plans. The 3-day free trial is available once per user for Scout plans only.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (b) resell, redistribute, or publicly share signals, analysis, or data from the Service; (c) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; (d) use the Service for market manipulation, wash trading, or any illegal activity; (e) impersonate others or provide false information.

We collect information you provide directly: email address, name, and payment information (processed by Stripe). We also collect usage data: pages visited, features used, device information, IP address, and browser type. We do not store payment card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (authentication and database hosting), and when required by law. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
We retain your account data for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Payment records are retained as required by financial regulations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support@decryptr.ai.
