By accessing or using Decryptr ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm you have read, understood and accept these Terms.
Decryptr is an AI-powered cryptocurrency intelligence platform providing real-time news signals, sentiment analysis, on-chain whale tracking, wallet activity alerts, and optional one-click trading execution via the Hyperliquid protocol. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or any other form of regulated advice.
One-click trading functionality connects directly to the Hyperliquid decentralised exchange. Decryptr does not hold, custody, or control your funds at any point. All trades are executed on-chain under your own private key or wallet authorisation. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions.

This list may be updated to reflect changes in applicable law or sanctions programmes without prior notice. Technical geo-restrictions are implemented as a best-effort measure; it remains your responsibility to ensure your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@decryptr.ai if you suspect any unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
You may only hold one account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent access restrictions or subscription limits is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all accounts.
5.1 Plans. Decryptr offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance in US dollars. Current prices are displayed on the Pricing page and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law.
5.2 Recurring Payments. By purchasing a paid subscription you authorise Decryptr (via Stripe or our designated payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable interval (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You will receive advance notice before any price change takes effect. Charges will appear on your statement as "Decryptr AI" or the name of our payment processor.
5.3 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Account → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing period except as required by law.
5.4 Refunds. Subject to §6 (Right to Cancel), all fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@decryptr.ai within 30 days of the charge.
5.5 Price Changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email and in-app notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5.6 Builder Fee. When you execute trades using Decryptr's one-click trading feature, Decryptr earns a builder fee of approximately 0.01% (1 basis point) per trade from the Hyperliquid protocol. This fee is deducted from your trade's notional value by the protocol, is separate from Hyperliquid's own exchange fees, and is used to fund platform development. By using the trading feature you consent to this fee arrangement.
5.7 Crypto Payments. Where crypto payment options are available, payment is processed by a third-party provider (currently NOWPayments). Crypto payments are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on-chain. Subscription access granted via crypto payment expires at the stated end date and will not auto-renew.
6.1 Statutory Right. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel any distance contract for services within 14 days of the contract being formed (the "cooling-off period"), without giving a reason.
6.2 How to Cancel. To exercise this right within the cooling-off period, contact us at support@decryptr.ai with your name, account email, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You can also use the cancellation form available at decryptr.ai/refund.
6.3 Refund Timeline. If you cancel within the cooling-off period and have not waived this right (see §6.4), we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
6.4 Waiver for Immediate Access. If you request that we begin providing the Service immediately (i.e. within the cooling-off period), and we do so, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the Regulations once the Service has been fully performed, or — for subscriptions not yet fully performed — that any refund will be reduced pro-rata for the portion of the service already delivered. By completing a purchase and requesting immediate access to the Service, you expressly consent to this.

All content, signals, algorithms, data, software, and branding on Decryptr are the exclusive property of Decryptr or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signals will be accurate or profitable. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable; past signal performance is not indicative of future results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Decryptr and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses, missed opportunities, or loss of data.
Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to Decryptr in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of digital content that is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Decryptr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Where practical and not contrary to law or safety, we will provide notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Your data will be retained and then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Following account deletion, your personal data will be deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge our data practices as described therein. For UK users, we process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
If you have a complaint about the Service, please contact us first at support@decryptr.ai. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may seek alternative dispute resolution via a UK ADR-certified provider; we will provide details of an appropriate scheme on request.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and Decryptr relating to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
